Our instructors can prepare your employees for working on water. Including basic boat handling and safety, cold water immersion, and water rescue from shore or on the water depending on your specific needs.
Marine course offerings include:
- Level 1 Water Rescue – Reach and Throw
- Level 2 Water Rescue – Reach, Throw, Row
- Level 3 Water Rescue – Reach, Throw, Row, and GO
- Basic Boat Handling (For workers who will operate or crew a small vessel work boat)
- Cold Water Immersion – Understanding the cold water environment and how to prepare for it.
Our courses are designed to complement the regulated theoretical Transport Canada programs such as Pleasure Craft Operator Certificate and Small Vessel Operator Proficiency. We recommend you complete these programs first. Our practical programs are designed to compliment these theory based programs.
